ASTM Standards

Founders form the ASTM Committee for Membrane Switch Testing and Guidelines.

1992

INTAQ

Founders create the Membrane Switch Division of GM Nameplate - INTAQ.

1996

ALMAX is Founded

ALMAX is founded as a consultant of membrane switch products.

2000

Expansion

ALMAX expands as a reseller of Membrane Switch Keypads.

2006

MaxTech Circuit

ALMAX partners with startup company in Guangzhou, China - a Membrane Switch factory.

2011

ALMAX Electronics (AXE)

ALMAX opens its own manufacturing facility in China - ALMAX Electronics.

2012

ALMAX Rapid Prototyping (AXRP) Opens

ALMAX acquires USA based manufacturing facility for Rapid Prototyping in Tucscon, AZ.

2015

ALMAX Electronics Upgraded Facility

ALMAX Electronics moves to a new 72,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Donguan, China.

2016

ISO 9001 Certification

ALMAX attains the ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management Systems.

2017

ISO 13485 Certification

ALMAX attains the ISO 13485 Certification for Medical Devices.  
2018

ITAR Regulatory Requirements

ALMAX becomes qualified for ITAR Regulatory Requirements.

2020

IATF certification

Almax attains the IATF 16949:2016 Certification for Automotive Quality.

2021

Awarded Best Electronics Manufacurer
